Kristen posted the pictures of Erin and Travis, but she was also supposed to post her grad picture, but I see she didn’t and I don’t know how, so I’ll have to persuade her firmly, but gently to do so.

For those of you who were impressed by my pictures, get over it! It wasn’t me it was Kristen. It just took me about a half an hour to figure out how to write this message and where. I even got to a part that said I had to “enable cookies” to use Word Press. How I got past that, I’ll never know, but here I am once again, and I’m not even doing my message in the title place this time. Since Jess and John and Kristen have there own pages, I’ll just tell you a little about Erin and Travis. Erin has joined a Christian band as the singer. They don’t have a name or anything, and she is the only CRC kid, but she is really enjoying it and they have sang [or is it sung] at 2 different events. She is doing well in school, is part of the drama club, and she has earned her purple belt in Jiu Jitsu. Travis has just started his test for the purple belt, and should be done in a week or two. Sometimes they do the test in one day and it takes three or four hours, or sometimes they spread it out over a few weeks, one hour at a time. That is how they are doing this one. He also has joined a grappling team through the same Jiu Jitsu club, but the grappling classes are on another night. He really likes it because it just like wrestling and what boy doesn’t like that. He too is doing well in school, and soon we will have school pictures to post {I’ll need Kristen for that}. David is working hard, but for the months of October and November, he had a driver drive for him on Fridays, so he could have some more time at home, and get some of the things he has been wanting to do,done. I’m still enjoying my career as a professional driver [sounds important, hey?] David and I ran a half marathon in October in Toronto. We weren’t very fast, but hey, who cares? We were just proud to cross the finish line, and there were still people coming in after us, so we weren’t last. I went to visit mom today. She was doing OK. I brought her some chocolate pudding with whipped cream on it, and she said “lekker” about 3 times. For those of you who don’t know, Nellie Oosterman lives there too now. She is somewhat mixed up too, but can easily carry on a conversation, and she sits with Mom sometimes, and Mom tries to converse with her. One of the nurses is Dutch, and apparantly will gather the Dutch residents at night and sing some old Dutch songs with them. One of the nurses just told me that. Well , I’ve got to go and drive Erin and Travis to Jiu Jitsu now, and then watch Survivor, so OVER AND OUT.
